lkb8 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the lkb8 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and lkb8 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using this platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at lkb8, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Register only one account per individual. Multiple registrations under the same identity are prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process.

lkb8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You are required to provide a copy of a valid identification document such as a MyKad or passport when requested. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or termination.

3. User Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any other party.
• Notifying lkb8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information if any relevant changes occur.
• Ensuring that all registered payment details are in your own name.

lkb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend any account suspected of unauthorised access while an investigation is carried out.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lkb8 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour from the date the request is approved.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.
• lkb8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

Users are not permitted to transfer funds between accounts. Any attempt to transfer an account balance to a third party is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of the associated balance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonus and promotion offers provided by lkb8 are subject to the following specific conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus winnings can be made. For example: a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, bringing the balance to RM300 with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• lkb8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if fraud or abuse is proven.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• VIP Programme: There are three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Tier advancement is based on consistent wagering activity and is monitored by lkb8.
• VIP cashback is credited to the account weekly and is subject to separate wagering conditions.

6. Permitted User Conduct

By using the lkb8 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or reward systems.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or in violation of any law.
• Misusing the customer support system in a disruptive or threatening manner.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform that are not open to general users.
• Registering multiple accounts with the intent to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.

Breaching any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, and appropriate legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the lkb8 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces and brand names, is the intellectual property of lkb8 or the parties that have licensed it to us.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from lkb8. Unauthorised use of platform content for commercial purposes is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

8. Platform Liability Limits

lkb8 operates this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that:

• The platform will operate at all times without interruption or technical errors.
• Game or betting outcomes will meet user expectations.
• All information displayed is free from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lkb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of money as a result of betting outcomes.

You acknowledge that betting and gambling carry real financial risk. lkb8 encourages all users to bet within their own financial means. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

lkb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Discovery that you provided false information during registration.
• Instructions from a competent authority or law enforcement body.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user through the responsible gambling programme.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the lkb8 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after the required verification process is completed.

10. Amendments and Changes to Terms

lkb8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time in response to business requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Users will be notified of any material amendments through:

• A notice displayed prominently on the platform before the changes take effect.
• A notification email sent to the registered email address, where the changes are significant.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the last amendment is always shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
